Canada Day Contest Details 1. Contest Details: Submit your best photo to ShopNewmarket.com for your chance to win a $100 Gift Certificate to a great local business. Photos must be of you visiting a locally-owned business, located in Newmarket, Ontario. Photo submissions that include and/or highlight a chain store or corporate stores will be declined and will not be counted in the contest. The photo with the most Facebook "Likes" on ShopNewmarket's Facebook page wins the contest and the $100 gift certificate prize. The winning photo will be displayed on the main page of ShopNewmarket.com, as "Photo Of The Day", on Canada Day (Sunday, July 1st, 2012) and will be a featured post on ShopNewmarket.com's Facebook page. The winner will be contacted via email and will be announced on ShopNewmarket.com's Facebook page. 2. How to Enter: Applicants must submit a photo (taken at a locally-owned business, located in Newmarket, Ontario) to pics@shopnewmarket.com. Title your photo "{Your Name} at {Local Business Name}" - ex: "John Smith at Bob's Hardware Store" or "Jane Smith at Fresh Flowers on Main" For a greater chance at winning, we recommend that you "Like" your photo on Facebook and ask your friends to "Like" your photo too.
