With small group classes, private one on one training and monthly workshops you really can't go wrong. We offer: Yoga, Core fitness, Lower body training, Acro Yoga, Pole Dancing, Pole fitness, Chair Dancing and the list keeps going. We are available for day time, evening and weekend appointments and like to work with your busy schedule.
