 From the first phone call, Anita was amazing! She personalized a gift for my 14-year-old great niece and hand delivered it on the day of her birthday. She sent pictures of the before and finished products, and also one of her presenting the basket to my niece. That, in my books, is what customer service is all about! I cannot recommend this business highly enough! The basket was absolutely incredible and I am now a lifetime customer!
