Booked a party with an event planner was informed at time of booking over the phone (both myself and mother in law on the line) that with the base price you get two xtra large pizzas, unlimited juice, Unlimited use of the play area and loot bags, and that you can add on attraction for example mini golf, which we chose. Went to the establishment two days later to pick up invitations and asked when do I get my email confirmation, was informed by staff member the day before the party. Well when it came time to pay it was over $300 that was with the deposit being taken off. We calculated everything that the event planner told us and figured the party was going to be roughly in the low $200 range. Was given absolutely the worst customer service ever, was more less told we were lying about what the event planner told us.And of course I never received my confirmation ( why couldn't another employee do it?) and the event planner quit the Tuesday before the party and was informed by yes you Sarah that you couldn't be held responsible for what the event planner said. My guess is that you are the so called manager? You did a pretty crappy job of keeping what was possibly future customers happy. You need to be retrained in your position.
