My Secret Chef is aimed at providing you with the best possible culinary experience, tailored to your most specific wishes.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
We start with a personal consultation to discuss the details of the service. In the comfort of your home or other agreeable place, we will discuss how the service works, your food preferences, health needs, and any constraints we should know about such as food allergies. We will answer any questions you have and provide details about the service and the menu. During the initial consultation, we will agree on the service plan and date for your first service.

MY PLACE OR YOURS?
Isn’t that always the dilemma? The answer for this is simple. Provincial health regulations require Personal Chefs to prepare your meals in your home kitchen or in a commercial kitchen.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME?
After an initial consultation you can choose to have your Chef cook when you are home or away. As a member of the Canadian Personal Chef Association and The United States Personal Chef Association, Personal Chef’s adhere to a strict code of ethics. They are also fully insured for any unforeseen contingencies.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?
Your Personal Chef will bring all of the equipment necessary to prepare your personal meals, including spices and containers. All we need is a clean sink, counter top, and some refrigerator and freezer space to store your food.

PREPARATION AND DELIVERY
Depending on the server plan, we will prepare your meals according to your preferences and desires that are optimum for maintaining their freshness and taste.
