 Aweful, Terrible the most horrible guys you can deal with especially Henry, very rude, his tone and attitude is disrespectful, i was in the store about a month ago and this guy refused to take my defective model plane back and insisted even though i did not use it he outwardly yelled at me saying i broke it but there was a dent in the box shows it was damaged during shipping which his partner acknowledged but then refused to remember, this company is not deserving of anyone's business, beware, because they are crooks, i also noticed they are dishonest as i spoke to someone else where they over charged someone and refused to give the difference,they are crooks.
